Welcome to Asusu Integrated Services! These Terms of Services ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Asusu's website (www.asusucb.com), Passbook, and mobile application (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Use of Services
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2. Registration is free, but we charge N200 for our Passbook.
1.3. You must complete our KYC to fully enjoy our services.
1.4. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Services or its users.
2. Working Hours: Our Offices are open from 8 am - 5 pm.
3. Withdrawal Charges
3.1. We charge 3% for withdrawals below N20,000.
3.2. We charge 2% for withdrawals between N20,000 to N49,900.
3.3. We charge 1% for withdrawals between N50,000 to N99,900.
3.4. We do not charge for withdrawals above N99,900.
3.5. Cash withdrawals will be processed instantly provided that cash is available at the branch.
3.6. Withdrawals using Bank Transfers will be processed within 10 working hours.
3.7. Withdrawal on Sundays, Saturdays, and Public holidays are prohibited.
4. Loss of your Passbook will cost you N500.
5. We may consider giving financial assistance to our esteemed customers on condition.
6. If there is any misappropriation or care needed, consult our office immediately.
7. Changes to Terms: Asusu Integrated Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms of the Services. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
